Your questions will be answered in a timely manner during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday 10-6pm PST. For the fastest service, please include as much specific information as possible.
If you are contacting us about a transaction, please try to include date and order number, items and total.
Returns and Exchanges:
Cinelicious Pics will refund the full amount of a purchase (not including shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of purchase. Blu-rays must be in original shrink wrapping.
Likewise, if you have received a damaged item and would like an exchange, please contact us for return instructions.
Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.
Shipping:
For all media shipments we charge a flat rate of $7.00 per shipment in the U.S. and $10.00 per shipment to Canada. We charge $2.00 for any additional item.
Our poster flat rate is $10.00 per shipment in the U.S. and $12.00 per shipment to Canada.
Order generally arrive within 8 to 10 business days.
Following a successful transaction, you should expect to receive a confirmation email.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate international shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada or P.O. boxes at this time.
